I wanted to write a quick thank you note for the exceptional service you
provided me during my extensive search for a high quality TV/PC monitor.
Thanks to your extensive product knowledge and ability to explain the
features and functionality of different products available on the market I
was able to hone my search and eventually helped in my decision to
purchase the SAMPO SME-27FDL5 from you, and WE LOVE IT! It does exactly
what we were looking for - complete entertainment center (DVD, VCR, HDTV
and PC Monitor). Your recommendations and inclusion of the external
digital TV decoder made my purchase complete. I hesitated in writing this
letter simply because I thought that this was too good to be true, but
after 4 months of exceptional performance I can no longer contain my
complete satisfaction and delight!! My only regret is that I still don't
have room for the 33 inch version, but my wife says that we are completely
content with our 27 inch model :-)
Thanks again, for your competence and follow through. This was my largest
on-line purchase ever and your service never made me feel like a "dot.com"
number - you treated me like a customer!

Product: DVD-612 Sampo DVD Player
I received my Sampo DVE-612 today in Japan. As you promised, it plays all
my Region 2 DVDs as well as those from America. Best of all, it plays flawlessly my
Region 2 PAL DVDs from Europe on my NTSC TV.
I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased.

Hello Dan,
I just wanted to send a quick note to say "Thank you!" for the quick shipment. The player arrived on the 20th, when the kids went to a music rehearsal the next day, my husband and I tried the unit to make sure it worked ( and we understood how to work it) then boxed it up for under the tree. We were very pleased.

Product: Odyssey 1200 DVD Player - Warranty Service

I sent the unit out today. I used UPS Ground. The tracking number is: 1Z xxxxxx xx xxxx 2285.
Also, I received a replacement unit today. This was a total surprise as I was not expecting this until you got my defective unit. I will not be able to set it up until the weekend. Hopefully, I will not have to inform you of a problem.
The new unit was a pleasant surprise and I will let other people know about your excellent customer service.

Product: The Eliminator - Service and Product Quality
This e-mail is to notify you of a couple of the things.
First everyone in your office was excellent in answering any of my questions from before the sale to when the product was delivered.
For not having any idea and being leery about doing business with a company that I did not know about I figured myself that I would take a chance and look into this product. As stated above everything was a very positive experience.
I received the copy eliminator yesterday (April 13) and I hooked everything up to it that I needed to and it works great!!!
In my opinion maybe more exposure about your business and your products would help so that other people wouldn't have the first impression that I took when I started looking into this product.
The way I found this product was doing a search through Goggle. When I went to the first business site they tried to throw adware at me which I thought was very inappropriate for a business like that to do something like this. After they threw adware at me I figured if they are going to be sneaky about doing something like that to people they certainly didn't deserve any inquiries or business from me. The next business site that I went to was yours and as you know the rest of the story from there is history.
I felt compelled to e-mail you back my feelings and opinions and that I would recommend anyone who needs a product like this to look you people up.
I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Product: VHS - NTSC To PAL Transfer
A few days ago I emailed you about converting VHS tape to Pal in order to
play on VCR in Italy. I did not know how or where this could be done and
wrote to you at your website for help as my husband was leaving in a matter of
days and we just found out that our tape would not be compatible to their
system. You referred us to a place in our area, DxMxxxx Video and Photo
Services.
Thanks to you and your assistance I can tell you that already our VHS
tape has been converted to PAL and is ready to be taken to Italy with
confidence that the family over there will enjoy it very much as we were hoping. I am
really glad I found your website and you were kind enough to give me
immediate help and our experience with Mr. DxMxxxx has proven to be a very positive
one. I just wanted to let you know.

I have been out of town the last two days and am slow catching up.
The same cannot be said of you Dan. The swiftness of your response to my
questions has me floored. You are the model for the caring and responsible
business man that should be emulated.Our schools could learn from you.
I jury rigged a couple of connections in my anxiety to try the Archiver
and was quite happy with the results. Your Device works beautifully. I can now
toss out about $ 900.00 worth of over advertised junk that can never achieve the
perfection you have supplied me. I thank you again and hope that we can do
