The 1001DET is an external HDTV tuner box featuring the European DVB-T TV standard for terrestrial OTA (Over The Air) digital TV. The 1001DET external digital tuner box receives HDTV and SDTV (Standard TV) terrestrial broadcasts and displays them on any PAL HDTV via Component, S-Video and Composite connections . It shows amazing, smooth, sharp, vivid real-time HD sport events, HD movies and TV programs.

The 1001DET digital tv tuner has 480i, 480p and 720p selectable outputs to match to your television's optimum viewing capability.

An easy-to-use electronic program guide, or "EPG" displays TV programming information while full "V-Chip" parental controls let you restrict mature programming from DVB-T sources.
