Tekram, CyberDrive & CyberHome warranty all products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty includes defects in material and workmanship and excludes damage caused by misuse by the customer.

Before returning any product, you must first contact CyberHome for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA Number, contact CyberHome Support. Please include the model number and reason for return in your message.
