The G200 Video Patterns Generator is available in 5 versions:
1. G200N provides NTSC video test patterns.
2. G200P provides PAL-B/G/I video test patterns.
3. G200PD provides PAL-D video test patterns.
4. G200PM provides PAL-M video test patterns.
5. G200PN provides PAL-N video test patterns.
The patterns are selectable from: Full Field Color Bars, Cross-hatch, Red raster and Staircase.
An audio tone is also provided. The test signal is provided as an RF output as well.

Typical Application: Suppose you are installing in your vehicle a TV system that should work in countries with a differnt TV standard, say PAL.
How would you test the reception of your newly installed system if PAL transmissions are not available in your area?
The answer is simple: Connect the G200P to the system tuner RF input and turn it on. The Pattern Generator will produce an RF signal, like it would come
from a local TV station, on a specific channel. Tune to this channel, and here you are. Once you get the clear signal and audio - yor installation is done.
