Altitude Disclaimer - Plasma
displays may not be warranted for operation above elevations of 5000
- 6000 feet. The reduction of atmospheric pressure can affect the
plasma operation, and usually manifests as a buzzing sound. Many of
our customers have had successful implementaions up to 7000+ feet.

Dead
Pixels - With ongoing improvements
to production processes and quality assurance standards, the problem
of “Dead Pixels” is a fairly rare occurrence. Each
Manufacturer has its own standards and policies in reference to “Dead
Pixels”.
A small number
of “Dead Pixels” does not automatically qualify the plasma
as defective in the view of the manufacturer. The location, number,
and type of pixel problem are all taken into consideration. While
Plasma Tek will be happy to assist with any type of problem, all arrangements
for resolution are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Non-Defective
Returns - Return of non-defective merchandise is allowed within
ten days of delivery. A 20% Restocking fee applies.
Shipping Damage
- For insurance purposes, any visible damage must be reported
to us within 24 hours of Delivery. Any damage should also be recorded
on the delivery receipt.
We use specialized freight carriers to deliver our plasmas. The carriers
have provided exceptional care and very reliable service.
Warranty
Service -All units are
brand new and covered by the manufacturer's full warranty. We do not
provide warranty claim service. Warranty issue resolution, is soley
at the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer.
