TV Tuner/ Video Capture/ FM Radio PCI Card with Remote Control       

CHIPSET: Phillips PCI Capture (SAA7130)
(All Driver files can be found in the PhillipsPCI folder on CD.)

WINDOWS 2000/XP

1.     Turn Off the Computer, Securely insert the PCI card in the PCI slot

2.     Turn on the computer

Windows will auto detect new hardware:

Insert the CD and click “Next” for the next step

First the Phillips PCI Capture (SAA7130) will be installed

Select “Install the software automatically (Recommended)”

Select Search from CD.

Input Driver Path: D:\PhillipsPCI (all drivers are found in this folder)

3.     Next, the Phillips TVTuner will be installed.

Select “Install the software automatically (Recommended)”

Select Search from CD

Input Driver Path: D:\PhillipsPCI (all drivers are found in this folder)

(All Driver files can be found in the Phillips PCI folder)

3.     During Hardware Installation, when the popup appears: “The Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing.” Select “Continue Anyway”

4.     After all drivers have been installed, insert the CD back in to install the software.

From the list, select Phillips PCI (third option)

Select Install Phillips PCI-TV/Application

Setup Type: “PCI TV Series & FM Radio”

TV Country Code Configuration: Leave the default settings.  If you using an antenna (NOT cable), change Receive Type to Air Antenna

5.     Click Finish to reboot PC

6.     Install Direct X 9.0 from the CD

WINDOWS 98

NOTE: It is highly recommended that you install the windows updates for your Windows 98 System:

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com  Then proceed below.

4.     After all drivers have been installed, insert the CD back in to install the software.

From the list, select Phillips PCI (third option)

Go to CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > DEVICE MANAGER >

SOUND, VIDEO, GAME CONTROLLERS:

Be sure that you see two Phillips devices listed:

Phillips PCI Capture (SAA7130)

Phillips TVTuner
