Insert it in the form as shown in the example below, in the format of your order number with the word ORDER: ORDER 1234.5678 (Note: The word order is case sensitive. Type in ORDER, all letters in upper case.)

3. If the returned page from UPS website does not show your details, please allow 48 hours for our technicians to complete modifying and testing your product.
